Fees 

​Individual Psychotherapy 
Individual sessions last 55 minutes and the fee is $220. Occasionally we may schedule a longer session if the need arises.  Regularity of sessions are scheduled according to client need and preference. 

Couples Psychotherapy 
Couples counselling sessions can be scheduled according to need but generally last between 1 hour to 2 hours.  The fee per hour is $300.

Family Therapy
Family related therapy can be scheduled according to need but generally last between 1 -2 hours. The fee per hour is $300.

Group Psychotherapy
The fee for group psychotherapy is $75.00 per session.  The group meets once per week for an hour and a half.  

Clinical Assessment
Clinical assessment fees begin at $300. per 60 minutes, and may require multiple sessions (depending on the assessment). 
 
Telephone & Online Counselling (via Zoom)
Telephone or Zoom counselling is available for clients outside of Vancouver or if necessary and appropriate for the client's counselling needs. Sessions last 55 minutes and the fee is $220.

Individualized Mentoring Program
Teaching and mentoring sessions are co-determined according to the unique needs and desires of the client.  The fee is $250. per 55 minute session. Please email Jeannine for more information. 

Insurance
Some extended health insurance plans and employee assistance plans cover a portion of the fees of counseling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Please check your insurance policy to see if counselling with a "registered clinical counsellor" is covered.

Missed Appointments
As a courtesy to other patients and myself, cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment otherwise the rate for the full session will be charged. If the session can be filled from my wait list, then the cancellation fee will be waived.
