Individual Meditation Instruction
I teach mindfulness meditation on a one-to-one basis, carefully individualizing the practice so it that it aligns with your unique character and nature and serves to strengthen you in the areas that you would like to deepen and/or evolve.
Loving Kindness and compassion practices allow individuals to develop a new, friendly relationship with themselves. Those as well as gratitude and forgiveness practices can be customized to your needs. Even those who feel that they have an especially difficult time meditating will be able to cultivate confidence and skill in this practice. I have a special interest in guiding people to awaken their capacity for embodied relational wisdom and this can be a focus for those who are interested in applying their meditative understanding to their relationships with others. .

Individual meditation instruction sessions generally last 60 minutes ($185.00 plus GST). Occasionally we may schedule a longer session if the need arises. Regularity of sessions are scheduled according to client need and preference.
